Scott Fountain

In the background of this photograph print, through the mist, you can see the Renaissance Center and some of the Detroit Skyline. Detroit's Scott Fountain, made of Vermont white marble, was built on Belle Isle in 1925 from $500,000 left to The City of Detroit by the somewhat notorious Detroiter James Scott. Scott Fountain is one of the favorite gathering places for many Detroiters on hot summer days.
