This past June, local musicianĀ Mike Anton answered a knock at his door around 1AM. He thought he was the victim of a local Hazel Park youth playing a game of ring-and-run. But seconds later, a bullet rips through his glass storm door, strikes Anton in the face and shatters his jaw. It wasn't a harmless prank at all. Anton has been shot in the face with little rhyme or reason as to why.
The go-to funk outfit in Detroit has given the Internet another reason to get down and groove by offering up their new live album, "Real Sessions," for free download.
