APRIL 9, 2012 -- For the past year, Detroit's own Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. have been touring relentlessly across the States and abroad. In January, the boys played "Conan." For Record Store Day, the simplistic pop duo (made up of Josh Epstein & Daniel Zott) will release the We Almost Lost Detroit 12". They released this awesome video to celebrate it. So, where did Daniel Zott find the time to release a free EP over the weekend?

The Hymns EP seemed to pop up out of nowhere via our social media feeds. It's a stripped down 5-track offering performed entirely by Zott, made "over two nights during passover" according to his BandCamp page, where you can download or stream the whole thing for free. [PD]
