JULY 18, 2012 -- Last week, Deadline Detroit dove into the endless distraction that is YouTube and emerged with something of interest. A hobbyist who flies drones -- we all need hobbies, people -- had accidentally posted a video of one of his outings. Known as Tretch5000, this local dude took his drone out for a spin around Belle Isle and the Michigan Central Train Station to capture some unique perspectives on a city that we’ve seen exhaustively photographed and documented in the past 5 years.
